Hi everyone,
I have used myfitnesspal on and off for a few years. Tracking what I eat really seems to work for me, I just need to be committed to doing it every day and stay focused.
I want to be healthy for life. My goal is to lose weight to the mid-weight of a healthy range for my height. I'd like to be an inspiration for my family, I want to look good and feel fantastic. I want to maintain good health until my dying day. I want to avoid getting diabetes and heart disease, which plagues my family. I do not want to spend my older years at the doctor's offices, taking medication and suffering side effects to manage diseases related to lifestyle choices.
Just saying hi to everyone, and I'd like to keep checking in to keep myself accountable.
Promise to myself: If I reach my goal by the summer, I will treat myself to an entire new workout outfit and sneakers.
