    Success stories such as yours really inspire me. Congratulations on how far you have come and good luck in your endeavors to reach your goals. I have been a yo yo dieter all my life, but have remained under my top weight for20 years. I have lost a total of 80 lb from my top weight, but presently am up 15 lb from that number. Looking to lose minimum 20 lb, 25 would be better. Off to a new restart.
