I also know I've lost a little more than my nearly 8 year old kid weighs (and some time ago I lost the amount of weight my 5 year old weighs). Everytime I pick one of them up, I think, "wow...was I really carrying around this much extra weight...no wonder I was a lazy, lethargic, couch potato without energy.0 -
