Hello folks! I've been exercising regularly for years, but my nutrition massively derailed in last winter due to depression. I stopped logging on MFP and ballooned to 164 lbs at 5'3". Over the summer I decided I'd had enough, and got serious. I'm now down to 129 lbs and back running and strength training 4x a week. Logging is so key for accountability!

Great job! I struggle with logging my food but am trying. I get up every morning to do an iFIT workout on the Treadmill. Absolutely love it! Keep it up!

Great job! And you are so right that tracking our food works. I've been doing it for over 12 years and still do it even though I've been at my goal for close to 10 years. It's now second nature.

    Keep it up!

I'm same height, same balloon and same goal so this is inspiring, thanks!
