You are doing superb! I just joined the premium MFP and love how I can read posts like this. I am not so great with a computer but love this MFP program and being able to see what you have accomplished. You bring me hope! Way to go and keep up the great work and attitude! You have inspired me to do the same!1

Thank you all so much. I didn't realize the app didn't notify you of comments etc. I realize some have asked questions. I apologize for the late response. The major changes I made that really helped me were the following. I hired a personal trainer to help with a training program. I work from home and basically was getting maybe 2000 steps a day only! I've been working with her for a year. I do 30-45 minutes of fasting cardio in the morning and then about an hour of strength in the evening as part of my program. I rarely track it on here since it's tracked in my trainerize app. If your interested I could provide some of that info as well. Next I cut way back on alcohol. I was drinking way too much wine admittedly 😫. I have found great dealcoholized alternative wines instead that are low calorie low sugar etc. Then I basically was trying to stay under about 1500 calories a day . Not really restricting but trying to have at least 60 grams of protein and not overdue the carbs. Most importantly before I did anything I had a physical as well as extensive bloodwork as I am type 2 diabetic . Currently in remission from all the changes 😉 I made the changes because I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I'm currently in a nasty plateau but probably because I haven't been tracking as much. So my plan is to get back to tracking and keep the ball rolling.8
