A show I listen to had this link on their FB page. It's a good reminder that I thought you'd like to read.

I know that I am doing things in steps. For the first month I'm just working on changing my eating, then the next month I'm going to incorporate exercise. I don't want to go all gung ho because I can't guarantee that I'll be able to exercise like crazy all the time, which is why I'd rather slowly incorporate changes exercisewise.

Thank you for posting this..... I skimmed it, and overall I liked what it had to say. I will read it closer later (when the kidlets nap, if they ever do!)

Steps to a healthy life is key. It took steps for me to go from a healthy lifestyle to a non-healthy lifestyle. It will take steps to get to a healthy lifestyle again. I have a hard time believing that someone can wake up one morning and completely change how they have been living. And if they do, it probably won't be a permanent change. Slowly making changes to your everyday life will facilitate the likely hood of a long term change.
