I had lost 40 pounds using this app 8 years ago. If the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over with the same bad results, I’m going to sanely repeat this journey with confidence. I’d appreciate the support of all of you as I try to break these bad habits 💪

    I’m not sure how many years ago when I was on here. I lost 50. I’ve gained 45 back. So here I go again.

    Old habits are hard to undo. Adding new good habits are one way; seems like you're already on your way.

    Have you set any specific goals and milestones along the way to help yourself see that you ARE succeeding? When you repeat your weight loss, that's when you'll have to be sane and do something different. For now, it seems like you know what to do.
