Hi! I'm starting today too. Was really into it and literally 10 pounds from my goal last time I started slipping. Now I'm 245lbs 😢.
But guess what?! I was 250 last time and my goal was 170. We've got this in the bag! I know for me, I just have to start caring more about my health. I don't want to keel over at 35 and I'm willing to do just about anything to meet my goals 😌 Let's do this!!0
