Fast and Easy Cheesecake
(You can use regular pudding, cream cheese and milk. This is the low fat, sugar free version)
Serving: 1/6 of the mixture
Ingredients:
1 large package or two small packages of sugar free pudding (any flavor)
1 package of fat free cream cheese
1 1/2 cups of almond milk
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer and put in the pie shell of your choice or eat plain.
This is the variation I made:
Ingredients:
1 large package of sugar free vanilla pudding
1 package of fat free cream cheese
1 1/2 cups of almond milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
4 tablespoons natural chunky peanut butter
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer and put in the pie shell of your choice or eat plain.
Nutrition is for the Peanut butter variation without a crust:
Cal: 140
Carbs: 13
Fat: 6 grams
Protein: 8 grams
Sugar: 3 grams
Fiber: 1 gram
