I'd say just show them off.0

Yoga might help. Make sure to stretch enough after working your muscles.0

Don't lift so heavy.
Barring that... that's how you are built. Eff it.0 -
Their is nothing you can do it is genetics be proud of what you got if they aren't flabby be happy.0

I wanna see a picture!! Are you lifting heavy weights? Doing a ton of bicep curls?! My biceps are pretty large for my frame so I've backed off biceps a bit!0

Mine are 12" flexed... but I think my arms look pretty thin >_>0

ME TOO! my arms are 14 inches and my neck is 13 inches. My arms are bigger than my neck! My friend (who has "girl arms" actually told me i have "man arms" while we were at the gym. I figured it was just how your body's composition is. Im interested in what people come up with too! I personally dont mind it too much, just bc I have always lived with it. Better than flabby.... right?0

Ditto show them off!
Who cares how big they are? Michelle Obama wears her guns proud!0 -
Definitely all muscle? Tense your arm and then grab all the flabby bits. That's fat, which will go as you lose weight. Never thought I'd say this, but I hope it's more fat than muscle for you!0
-
Stop doing heavy strength training for your arms?? Maybe just some light resistance bands to for tone and lots of stretches to length the muscle?0

Muscular arms are sexy!
Mine are 11.5 not flexed and I think they are a little skinny. Wouldn't mind an extra half inch at all.0 -
OMG I would love to have big arms!! I'm a little skeletal chicken looking thing and I'd trade you in a heartbeat!0

My wife is a SAHM of 5 kids + me a big kid. Boys keep the mama very busy.
Her arms are like many mums with 4+ kids -- think of it, that's a lot of working out just there !!!
My arms are getting thinner over the last 6 months now that I am losing the weight but I intend to build up the arms later.
Yoga / stretching sounds like it may be a good plan (slow and steady) and head to your goal weight.
You are amazing - love the skin you are in. He does !
Wishing you well.
