New Year, New Me!!

This year I've decided to take control of my health and work towards losing weight, gaining strength, and increasing my overall well-being. I'm so happy I've found MFP, I've only been on the app about 10days and I'm still learning. 😊 I'm also hopeful to make some new friends.

    It sounds like you're ready to make some changes for the positive. That's awesome!

    Do you have any specific goals, like losing some amount of weight by some amount of time? How will you measure strength gains? It's good to set some measurable goals and then start working on strategies to achieve them.
