So far staying strong...ate all the healthy essentials and the lousy 2 pieces of Werther's Hard Candies that I allow myself if I have a sweet tooth (log them of course). But I'm just in the mood to curl up in bed with my kitty cats and a good book and eat! Argh.
No need for a response...I'm just whining into cyber space hoping it will calm my cravings!

I am going through the exact same thing right now! I just feel so hungry but I know I'm not really hungry. Thank god my day is almost over and I can go home and eat dinner!0

And some days, there just seems to be more idiots per mile on the highway?
I think maybe lunar rays, or sunspots, or magnetic fields are at play, messing with human behavior patterns.
