Need tips on how to stay motivated!!

How would you classify me? I weigh 149 pounds at 5'3" and wear a size 9 jean; my body frame is large due to my calculations. I have alot of muscle on me after working out 5 times a week for 60 minutes each day for the past month; I bike ride 30 minutes and walk my dog for another half hour and then do a ten-minute ab workout every other day...I started at 157 about, maybe a little more, and my goal weight is 110-130...I mainly want to have more skinner of legs and flat stomach. How long do you think it'll take to lose the pounds I have left and what do you think my definite goal should be?? thanks!

Well I know for me I loose roughly 10 lbs a month. Everyone is different but it is healthy to loose 1-2 lbs a week. Take your time and just watch what you eat and you should be good.0
