i have a food question for everyone whose loosing weight..

5 days ago, i began counting calories and working out. i have already lost two pounds, tonight for dinner i was having steamed shrimp and im hungry, but i just don't have the appetite for it. has anyone else experienced this?

    Have experienced the same thing but doubt it has to do with weight loss. I can make a great meal and then not want to eat it so I just have something else.

    I do the same thing sometimes! I try to listen to what my body wants (as long as it is "wanting" good for me things o.O*). If the shrimp no longer seems appetizing then your body may be craving something else - some other nutrient that the shrimp does not provide. Pack away the shrimp for tomorrow and let your body tell you what it wants.
    Oh and make sure you are taking your vitamins!
