I'm getting super tired and weak.

I have been counting calories for a couple days now and I'm finding my self feeling very weak and tired. Has anyone else noticed that when they first started out?

    what's your calorie intake like? if it's too low, you will feel horrible.

    also, if you have all of a sudden dropped processed foods and sugars, it might be withdrawls that you're feeling.

    what's a typical day of eating like since you started?

    That happens to me when I don't eat enough.

    My eating habits were terrible before. I am eating about 1600 calories a day. Before I was consuming about 3500 calories a day.

    Eat more and make sure some of them are carbs.

    Withdrawal symptoms are normal. You're body is used to you supplying an abundance of easy energy now it has to work for it...don't give in!
