i'm waiting on TOM to arrive, and usually what happens right before is that i get insatiably hungry. well, it's happening today. do all of you allow yourselves to go over on days like this? I'm having the hardest time not eating everything. I can't get any schoolwork done because all I am thinking about is what I want to eat next..and I just ate dinner an hour ago. I know I could easily burn up a deficit of a day or two today if I'm not careful, as today was also a rest day for exercise for me. Any advice?

Same thing happens to me. I let myself have a little something and try to adjust my calories elsewhere or add a little to my run. It is so hard not to munch!0

I usually go over because when TOM actually arrives, I completely lose my apatite. It usually balances out fairly well, as long as I don't pig out too much and eat everything in sight (which can be tempting)0

Same thing happens to me... I go for a run! usually it works and I drink more water (w/crystal light)
or depending on what I am craving I make a better choice
sweet things-plums, oranges, kiwi
chocolate- 100 cal pack brownies
crunchy- 100 cal pack kettle chex mix
super hungry 100 cal pack kettle corn popcorn.0 -
I try to keep all junk food out of the house, and things I know I will crave. If I want something sweet, I'll reach for a 100 cal pack or Smart Ones sundae. If I want something salty, I have PB crackers, apple with PB or a nutrition nut mix. Overall, I try to stay out of the kitchen and stay occupied.0
