Hi all
I'm back to attempt this again. After a good few years off I'm trying to get back in track and shift this weight. I have quite a few health issues I have something called ehlers danlos syndrome, fibromyalgia and a whole host of other issues going in which make things more complicated and was intravenously fed for the last 5 years however I am not off intravenous feeding and now back to eating normally and since being able to eat normally I've stacked it on as I've enjoyed food again a bit too much to be honest and now nwant the weight off again.
Anyway enough rambling so if anyone on here has health issues and knows of any good ways to help shift weight let me know 😂

Welcome back!
There's only one way to shift weight; manage your caloric intake and output. If you're trying to lose weight, you have to consume less than you expend. Use the Guided Setup for a starting point. Log your food, weigh it with a food scale if possible, and log any exercise. After a few weeks, see if the results are what you expect. If not, you can change your calorie goal.1 -
Thank you I have logged my food for the day and what exercise I have done. It's amazing how the food adds up. You don't realise how quickly things add up with a few cup teas with milk and before you know it your already at the high hundreds before you even have your evening meal. X0
