I’m not sure how to post to a specific thread…
I depend upon AIP Paleo for survival. I failed two days in a row :’(

Sounds difficult. How do you manage to stay on track? The autoimmune protocol is very restricting.. It's taken me years to become consistent and see results cutting out gluten.. It will likely take me another year or so to really go dairy free.. I had a hard time cutting out multiple allergen at once.. So I'm currently strict gluten free, low carb, low dairy, low soy low legumes, Mediterranean diet focused, grass fed wild caught free range pasture raised organic non gmo...etc...
What do you eat on AIP paleo?? What are your current restrictions?1 -
I have organic greens, fish, halal meats (no pork), halal fowl, halal beef and goat offal, broccoli and other veg, no nightshade, Tigernut flour, olive and coconut oils, sometimes fruit - that’s a basic list. I use coconut milk and coconut cream.1

Só as far as restrictions go, when I’m in the strict restrictions aka elimination phase which I did for three years- no dairy, eggs, grains, gluten, soy, beans/legumes, sugar, nightshade plants, nuts/seeds, alcohol, processed veg oils, food chemicals and additives, refined and processed foods1

I'm not sure if this will reduce inflamation - but if you are eating all of the above, it seems a nutritious balanced diet

You could try carnivore ( meat and water) for 60 days and remove everything, absolutely everything, and see what happens. You can then start adding other foods back in one by one and see how that effects you. Apparently people with nagging lifetime inflammatory problems that have tried to find solutions and that have tried everything, including low carb, paleo, ketogenic, fodmap are the actual people that populate this space with some pretty astonishing results, even though everyone lately is jumping on the bandwagon for weight loss purposes, and well, we know weight loss is about calories. Cheers.1
