Not hungry

I am finding myself lately to be not very hungry. I really want to eat my calories and get them in, but when it comes time to eat I feel a little queezy or just don't want anything. Does this happen to anyone else? Or what I want has so few calories, like this time of year I love to grill up zuchinni and squash with garlic and I fill up on that stuff so fast (sometimes I add cheese to it to). I used to love eating lots of meat, but nothing seems very appealing. I don't want to substitute in high fat or sugars just to get the calories in. Any suggestions would be great!

PS I do have the flipside happen sometimes where all I want to do is eat and no food is safe nearby.

  • I'm been feeling the same way. When I first started, the first couple days were horrible cravings, but now (I've probably been doing this for about a week or two?) I don't get very hungry when I should. I don't like to force myself to eat, cause then I feel sick. I'm not sure what to do about it either =/.
  • Hopefully someone else has a few ideas!
