    Yeah I kept at it with hack squats, machine safety squats, and such but nothing quite feels as good as having a bar bending across your traps

    Amazing!!! How was the trip???

    I’m flying back home today and the trip was pretty cool. Swam with sea turtles, kayaking in the bioluminescent lagoon, almost died in el Yunque rainforest, ate tons of food. Finally got my mom out of the house! Stayed in a room above a restaurant in Laquillo with views of the mountains and the beach. It was real cute.
