    That does suck I know how much throwing your back out can hurt. Have you been to see a Chiropractor to get your back in place again.
    I know it helped a lot with me when I messed up my back.

    TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF! When my back went out, the only thing that helped me was physical therapy. It has been 2 years now and I can do everything I did before my back went out. BUT - now I am more careful and pay attention before lifting, bending, turning, etc. I also will NEVER do dead-lifts in weight-lifting classes again - I do "butt-ups" instead.

    I am feeling better..slowly but surely! I worked the blood drive at school today and was on my feet...I am ready for bed....ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ:yawn: However, Low and behold I have to study...I have my first lab pratical on Monday...not to mention a ton of other homework in my other 2 classes as well...Life what life LOL....
