Hello lovely My Fitness Pal-ers,
I find myself here once more however I have told myself that if it doesn’t work out this time, it never will.
So join me in the final season of ‘will Anna get fit or stay fat forever’.
Trust me - the suspense is killing me too haha.
I’m 6ft, 106kg (yup, that heavy).

I have also started a TikTok and posting my workouts to my insta too - so hit me up if you want those!

Hi Anna don’t beat yourself up you have started the process and I’m sure you will get there. I’ve been doing MFP for years on and off. This time round it’s the most consistent I’ve been. I’m 62 and still trying to lose weight and get fitter. I’ve now down two stones and if I can lose one more stone I’ll be over the moon. Good luck in your journey BW Sheila1

Keep it up and you will achieve the goal1 -
Nothing you can’t overcome in life! You got this! Give yourself a good hardcore 6 months. Seems like a long *kitten* journey? Sure it does. But morning compared to the years of abuse we put our bodies through previously with all the junk we consumed.
Add light fasted cardio 20-60 mins, every morning to your schedule stacked with a fat burner of your choice.
Eat the same exact foods for a month, in a caloric deficit. And you will see HUGE changes.

6 months is nothing for a lifetime of health right?!
I’m smashing a fat burner preworkout and I’ve just started creatine pre and lglutamine and BCAA post. Trying to pack on as much muscle as possible 🙌🏼
The food is more of a challenge for me in terms of time - however I’m trying delivered food prep - so watch this space 🎉

I’m also basically 6ft and 106 kgs. Well I’m 5 11 and a half and I was 106 on Monday. Now I’m 103. I want to get back down to 80. Though I would love 73.0
