6 week challenge

So here are the parameters on Friday September 22 we will weigh in and state our current weight and goal weight loss in 6 weeks. And for the next 6 weeks we will be diligent in logging in our food and exercise diary, we will do our best to exercise at least 2.5 hours a week and every friday for 6 weeks log our new weight. good luck.

I'm glad you are interested just FYI I am only starting the challenge Officially on The 22nd only because my mom wants to be a part and is travelling until then. but feel free to get moving now we will do all the official weigh-ins this Friday. have a great week!:bigsmile:0

Good morning! My weigh-in today was 274.5. Goal is to lose 2 pounds a week, so GW of 262.5 in 6 weeks.0

Good morning!! The dreaded "time of the month" has started so I have regained a pound of what I lost this week thanks to water weight! :mad:
I know it is just temporary and am looking forward to the drop of water weight + body fat on the scale next week!!
I'm shooting for a 6pounds in 6weeks goal!!!
