6 week challenge

So here are the parameters on Friday September 22 we will weigh in and state our current weight and goal weight loss in 6 weeks. And for the next 6 weeks we will be diligent in logging in our food and exercise diary, we will do our best to exercise at least 2.5 hours a week and every friday for 6 weeks log our new weight. good luck.:wink:
