    I got alot on my ipod- basically anything that makes me dance which doesn't sum that up much.

    what song that comes on the radio that makes you start dancing in the car? Use that one then when you hear another one and another one and in no time you will have your workout playlist

    Happy To Be Hardcore CD's!! the beats per minute are in the 160s. Good for cardio. I use hard rock and hip hop for weight training!

    I usually workout to songs from The Killers, Powerman 5000, Hawthorne Heights, Metallica, The Eagles, Pat Benetar :embarassed: , and ALOT of one hit wonder 80's songs.:smokin:

    Quite an ecclectic collection.

    I hope those help! I know nothing digs me out of a funk like that 7 nation army riff! Funny how music make workouts just roll by. I did 5 miles tonight in less that an hour - longest run by far in that time, and the music let the miles melt away (almost)

    love womanizer, I have U2 on my I-Pod as well as Rush, Jason Mraz, Queen, Abba...i'm all over the place.....some are for cool downs, some for Yoga..etc...
