I signed up for this weeks ago but keep forgetting to log my food - until my pants get too tight again. So here I am again!

Me too, I started in July but have not made much progress to speak of I have been ill and then a knee injury but mainly I have been idle and lazy.
But this week I am back and determined to kick start my weight loss. I need to lose around 30lbs to be comfortable so lets get this thing done :bigsmile:0 -
