Currently I am obsessed with taking a tablespoon of coco powder and mixing it into a low-sugar yogurt. This is under 200 calories and has a decent amount of protein. It is also very thick and creamy. As someone who refuses to pay $$$ for halo top, I vastly prefer this hack. You're welcome! <3

    What kind of ice cream do you like? If it's fruity one you could buy a high protein thick yoghurt and mix your favourite fruits into it. To be honest, if I want ice cream then I get proper, good-quality one. Halo top just doesn't have the real ice cream feeling apart from being cold.
