My Weight gain journey so far

Hey people!

I wanted to give you a little update about my progress and my experiences on this app so far.

First of all I think that the community on this app is really great. I received a few really inspiring and motivating comments with good advice and I want to thank you all


I already feel much better about my eating habits and the app keeps me motivated to eat.

I was able to reach my calorie goal every day so far even though I also went running more frequent recently and also burned a lot of calories.

I tried new food and meals and I think I'll be able to do it and reach my yearly goal. (gaining 5/6 kg)

For example I now eat overnight oats instead of only cereal which makes me feel much better and is a good start in the day.
