I started again today, and this is what I look like.

I've debated whether or not to post my gross-ness on here, but you know what, it's time to face it.. I'm considered obese for my age (20.. almost 21) and I need to get my *kitten* into gear. I'm not going to be ashamed of how I look, even though it's a killer on my self-esteem, but I'm going to show you all how I look right now. At my heaviest, I was 178.. right now I am 174, and on my way to a goal of losing up to 30 pounds (10-15 by May).

Look for more of my posts, I'll be posting pictures like this every two weeks or so to show my progress. And please, don't make fun!! :blushing:

    Aww dont say grossness!!! Your gorgeous!! Dont worry work hard and the weight will come off...its just a shell ...you can crack it and be rid of it forever..good luck in your journey!!

    thats awesome you have the courage to post your now pic .... when i started here i didnt post my before pic for a few months because i was scared of how people would think of me....:blushing:
    but now i wear my before pic on my profile like a badge!!! proud of where i have come from and when you lose the weight you want you will be sooo proud too!!! you are a beautiful girl and you can do this!!! you have already shown yourself as courageous and strong.... you go girl:glasses:

    Please don't consider yourself to be gross. You are beautiful just the way you are. Remember a large part of weight loss is attitude. Positive attitude.

    PS I don't wear those clothes haha, I just wore the tightest things I could find so that you got the full effect and to help me really see where I'm losing it each time I photo-record my progress.

    You look GREAT! Its so amazing how we can see the beauty easily in other people but can't see it in ourselfs. Seriously you look fantastic and I know the weight will come right off!

    You are a beautiful person. You have started and do stay committed with a positive attitude and the weight will come off. I agree with the person that said do it now cause the older you get the harder it is to do. So good luck - stay with the site. I t is a wonderful place with a lot of supportive and helpful people.

    I on the otherhand just ware big cloths to hide it. but hopfully this site will solve all that for both of us.
