My biggest reward to myself for the weight loss (besides my better health), is being able to ride a horse again! I haven't ridden for nearly 15 years! Can't wait to be back in the saddle again!

    My reward is going to be to buy me a new bikini and a really cute outfit! I'm going to splurge on both to show off my hard work!

    I break mine up into mini goals for different things.
    I am currently working towards earning ChaLEAN Extreme (workout program) - For work out goal.
    Weight goal.... shoes/clothes (I buy something about every 10lbs...not a big somethin though).

    Ultimate goal, self-confidence.... AND looking good when fiance gets home from deployment!

    My reward so far has been by far my health. Ive beaten the cancer again, my knees no longer hurt when I walk across the room or up some stairs, and I have more energy than I did even in my 20's!:drinker: Looking better has just been a nice bonus to feeling better:flowerforyou:
