    Weight Loss Surgery... VSG is a type. i'm aware that many ppl here have many different methods for weight loss other than counting calories. i am open to being pals with all... no matter the method.

    I have lost about 66 pounds so far but I'm trying for a total of 124! You can add me if you like. I binged yesterday BAD. I'm starting over today! I love MFP and if it wasn't for my friends here I would have given up months ago!
