New here….

Hello everyone my name is Ana. I’m new here to this my fitness pal I’m from Florida . I am on here because I’m trying to lose weight really bad but I’m not doing a really good job . I weigh 171 pounds and I am trying to lose weight. My goal is to be 155 so if anybody can help me I appreciate it.

    Best way is to track your intake. Go 250-500 calories under your maintain calories. Workout/cardio also helps, even just walking. I can help you out more detailed if you want, just add me. Good luck
