Hey Everyone!

My name is Ace and I'm new to Myfitnesspall! I love it so far! I hope to shed around 30-35lbs! I hope myfitnesspall will get me there! I love hearing the success stories, very motivational!

How long did it take for most of you to start losing weight!?

    I have just barely started on here and in the two weeks that I have been really watching what I eat I have lost 2 pounds. Not much but it is a start. I also used my fitness pal the beginning of the year in preparation for my wedding and lost almost 20pounds then. It doesn't usually take very long for the scale to start moving.

    I've been on MFP since August 1st and have lost 6 pounds. I know that's not a lot but more importantly I feel so much better! I'm doing the Turbo Fire program and love it everyday! I hope to lose 18 more pounds. I find the support on this website like no other! IT is wonderful. You will make new friendships (shout out to WW) along the way too! Enjoy every minute! And make sure to track your food every day!!!!

    Within a month, you'll start to notice changes. The scale might move slowly, but I'd say thats the timeframe before you physically see differences.

    Don't be discouraged if it doesn't change, or even goes up for a week or two. Set a reaslistic goal and keep with it.

    Try taking some 'before' pictures right now, for motivation, you'll be very surprised when you get to where you're at, and compare your body. Slight changes aren't really noticeable, specially when you're seein yourself in the mirror daily.
