Anyone have ideas on workouts that can be done in a small office with minimal equipment (and minimal jumping, etc so as to not disturb other offices)?

I do Walk Away the Pounds in my office. You don't need a ton of space. I was concered that it might sound like I had an elephant in my office to those below me, then I realized there wasn't anyone below me. I would try it and ask if it bothered the person below you.0

I often go for a walk around the block on my breaks, its a 10 min walk, gets me out the office and gets me fresh air and some exercise! Better than sat stuffing my face on something i dont need!0

Squat kicks, Lunges, Woodchops0

Get rid of your chair, and use an exercise ball to sit on. It keeps your core engaged throughout the day. Better posture and slight increase in calorie burn.0

Squats, lunges, push-ups, sit-ups, calf raises, marching/jogging in place, punches (uppercuts/forward/side), kicks (fwd/back/side), leg raises (standing or on ground), shoulder burnout (flutter arms up and down, in circles, move arms together and apart (like an alligator bite) - switch direction every 30 sec-1 min), planks (reg or side), yoga poses
Best wishes :flowerforyou:0 -
Yoga and Pilates in the office. Walking laps, if you can get out of the office.
I've gotten a reputation in my office for doing my Yoga and Pilates at lunch, or for doing laps around the State Capitol. (There are worse reputations out there, I suppose!)0 -

its a law that you are allow 2-15 min breaks. So I actually take advantage of that and go walking a very brisk walk (at least a mile) and you could burn at least 100 calories doing that.
Also, instead of sitting on your chair at work, get yourself a Stability Ball and sit on that while working. It helps forces proper spine alignment, causes you to frequently change positions, improve your balance and improves your circulation. You can do stretches or mini-workouts whenever you want, without getting up by doing this your body primarily uses your core (abdominal) muscles to help compensate for changes in balance. Thus, your essentially getting a low-key abdominal workout. And its kind of fun!
Hope that works for you!
