...so I have recently started my new job in my career field about 2 weeks ago... I was going to the gym about 5-6 days a week for the previous 3-4 months ... I stopped going to the gym this past week and a half but I was able to get there like 3 times ...
so I have been getting on the scales the past few days and my weight is just going down down down... could someone explain this phenomenon to me?
Eating habits have not really changed since working out vs. this past 2 weeks etc...
what are you thinking? Could this have just been the recovery week that my body needed?

I know if I don't go to the gym for a little bit I lose more weight. I don't think I eat enough to make up for my 6 days of exercise.0
