Polar FT7 Energy Pointer monitor

i'm thinking of getting one of these, wondered if anyone had one, and what they thought of it. it's fairly reasonably priced, and does what i'd like it to do, was just wondering if those who had one, were happy with it.

My DD bought me a FT7 as an early Christmas present!

I don't know how I managed without it before - and it has proved 1 thing to me - the cals burnt displayed on my exercise bike are VERY VERY wrong :sad:

I have this model and I like it very much. I was surprised to find out how much lower my actual calories burned are compared to the site here, but I feel it is better not to lie to myself and to see what I am really burning. Outside of that it is a great HRM and easy to read the different displays, as it has a calories burned display, heart rate display, duration and time display which you can switch between at a touch of a button.
