Body shapers

Okasy so i've been losing weight for a little over a year now. So far i've lost 57lbs. So to keep everything tucked in and firm i bought a mircale suit body shaper. I love it. It pushes everything IN and helps control the extra jiggle. I'm starting to workout in it also. I got mine at Macys for $33.00 but i'm sure TJ Max and Ross have them too. They key is to try them on first. A yr ago i would have never bought an XL.

Feel free to share your thoughts or suggestions.

I have this cami (http://www.walmart.com/ip/Sweet-Nothings-Work-It-Shapewear-Cami-Style-82416/14955188). It holds everything in without being too restrictive. And I don't have to worry about taking something off when it's time to go to the bathroom.

Some of them can be hard to get on and get off but i say try tow seperate pieces 1st. That's another important to try it on 1st. I just ordered a new one from Macy's. I don't wear the whole swimsuit like one becuase that's too much for me. I have a cami top and then a high wasit thigh shaper.

So glad you ladies understand. Cheers to shaping up our bodies.
