Viewing macros for future days

I like to preplan my meals for the week. Is there a way to view macros for a future day? I can view macros for the present day and past days but can't figure out how to view tomorrow's macros.

My diary is currently orelogged through Friday. I find pre-logging keeps me in better control of calories, nutrients, and also helps me from going buck wild at the grocery store. I know what I need and it’s easier to stick to the list.

If you’ve actually pre-logged and are using iOS app, scroll to the bottom and click “nutrients”.

That will give you a complete breakdown of all nutrients for the foods you’ve logged in advance.

You can also choose the drop down at the top of the page and switch to a “weekly” view. I prefer that rather than gnawing over macros on a daily basis. As long as my weekly average is in balance, I’m happy with that.

I assume the Android app is similar?

You can also touch line items on the daily diary pages to switch from % to grams.

BRB with some screen shots. 😂

This is what the breakdown looks like. There’s lots of viewing and data options within this screen.

Thanks for the great screenshots. I sometimes forget all the options for viewing nutrition info.
