This little NSV is a ridiculous one but it is mine. I started this path to a better lifestyle 6 months ago. I have been going to the gym 4 days a week, faithfully, attending acupuncture sessions and seeing a chiropractor....I completely have holistic health and balance in mind. I was in my class this morning and during the stretching portion, I was able to lie on my back, leg up in the air, and reach my toes. This is a small feat when you have 50lbs of extra weight still hanging around. It was such an accomplishment, I felt like a dancer, maybe even a stripper :laugh: I hope that you continue to find things that motivate each one of you towards your ultimate goal of health.
