Letter grades used to be based on percentages... ie: A=100 to 90, B=89 to 80... Nowadays, if they use a letter grade (many don't), it's not tethered to such a rational system.0 -

I had a teacher way back in high school - grade 10 - who's coffee smelled more like my Grand Pa's after supper cognac/schnapps.1 -
