Pushing yourself

I really pushed myself with my workout yesterday, I did some at home, at the park and I went to the gym. Today I am totally feeling it in my legs and stomach area. I don't want to be totally lazy today, I was thinking of going swimming and a walk to get some exercise in, is that cool?!
