Under 200lbs!

New scale came in yesterday and I weighed myself this morning. 197.2! I haven't been under 200lbs since my sophomore year in high school, roughly 8 years ago.

I'm nowhere near done. This was a pleasant surprise though and one of my major goals. My old scale was off by 5lbs haha. Yeesh. Time for a run!

    Good Job!! I'm right at 200- haven't seen that since I had my now 18 year old son. Keep up the good work and Kudos!~!

    thats awesome i have been working my way to under 200 as well almost there. set a goal for christmas but im pretty sure i can do it by thanksgiving.. congrats to you, i hope to follow
