Hi all,

I started MFP 8 years ago not know wheat I was doing and got very unmotivated as I thought the default 1200 calories was what I was meant to eat.

Got back into it after I hired a coach who helped me flexible diet my way through a body transformation comp and then into my first Body building comp (bikini section).

I was a pro after that (MYP not bodybuilding lol).

Fast forward from 2015.

I've had 2 amazing children.

Used MFP to complete the 75 Hard challenge in 2020 (lockdown) and lost 10kg.

Put it all back on plus more :(

Last year I found out I had triple negative breast cancer but today I'm cancer free (I've been through chemo, surgery and radiation)

I'm getting my energy back and my goal is to loose 10-15kg by Christmas.

Would love to surround myself with positive likeminded people :)
