My name is Linda. I am trying to get back on track like I was prior to the pandemic. I used to go to the gym 3 days a week and one day on the weekend. I ate healthier and felt stronger and good about myself. I haven’t been to the gym and can’t seem to stay on healthy eating habits.

It can be hard to get back on track but you can do it. We have to learn to motivate ourselves and be our own biggest cheerleader.0
