The hour long combination of high cardio/kickboxing (or boxing) really made my whole body sore as opposed to my regular elliptical/calisthenics workout. Plus I dropped 2 pounds in 2 days! Yaay! Fun stuff!

    Guessing those "2 pounds in 2 days" was all the sweat pouring off you from the unexpectedly intense workout. Whether or not you eat your calories burned back, make sure you hydrate!

    Boxing and kickboxing is the one workout routine that got me in the best shape I have ever been. Not just physically, but medically too. Resting heart rate was like a race horse 😂
