Crap - NOW you tell me. What if I eat the Peanut kind.. that'd be better right because peanuts are a healthier? OR the Coconut M&M's!! Then I'm getting some of my fruit for the day right?! hehe

I had to laugh because just this week my 4 year old had a meltdown at 6:30 a.m. when I told her she couldn't have M&Ms for breakfast. ("But Mama, you promised!" Ummm... no way I promised that, kiddo!)

So, for future reference, M&Ms aren't a good breakfast either. ;)

    I bought a 32oz bag... I eat 1 serving a day. It's working okay.

AARG I love me som M&Ms the peanut kind....for breakfast hehe :-)
  • I MAY have the will power to break up a giant sized bag into 1 serving portions. As long as I don't feel deprived, this might work!

    Thanks everyone!
