    I haven’t competed since covid but used to do half iron distance. I still swim and ride and must get my *kitten* back to running!
    It’s too easy to just hop on Zwift.

    I’m currently shifting the last of my winter insulation to get back to summer ‘race weight’, even if I’m not racing I prefer to be lighter for riding outside.

    I love travel too :)

    My diary is open to friends, I train most days, add me if you like.
