Under 100 calorie Banana Bread!
Options
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 large egg
1 cup almond flour
Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, add all ingredients except the flour. Gently mix by hand until everything is mixed and the batter is smooth.
Add flour. Stir until combined .
Pour into prepared baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown
