Type 2 diabetes meal menus ?

Hi

My wife has type 2 diabetes and I was wondering where I can find meal plans for her to follow.

Any help, links or diabetic meal plan suggestions welcome.

I too have type 2 and found this site very good on everything to do with diabetes inclding menu plans etc and has an excellent forum

I have Type 2 as well. She can check out the American Diabetes Association website, dlife.com, myrecipes.com/diabetic-recipes and allrecipes.com. Just about every recipe website will offer some type of diabetic recipes, but the ones I listed are where I get the majority of my recipes.

Sparkrecipes (formerly part of Sparkpeople.com) has a lot of recipes with nutritional info. You can choose what type of recipes you're looking for. It's one of the most comprehensive recipe databases I've ever found.

Peopleonehealth.com also has some of the Sparkrecipes - the company was sold and morphed into Peopleonehealth. You have to join, but it's free.
