New to calorie counting but liking it so far

Good afternoon all.
I’m Sarah 43 years old and not massively overweight but have put a couple stone on ( 28lbs) in the last 18 months. Anxiety medication and a new relationship are factors, but what I was shoving in my mouth is the real reason. I’m an emotional eater.
I’m a size 12/14 and would love to get down to a size 8/10 again.
I’ve tried weight watchers and it didn’t work for me in the long run.
Calorie counting and exercise is the way to go.
Would love to have new friends on here and just be supportive etc
Been using fitness pal for s couple days and I’m loving how easy it it. I have premium and it’s keeping me on track.

Wow I am the same. Antidepressants, relationship struggles, and see food lover. I’m working on it and I know your struggle. Not too big and definitely not small but would like to drop 30 pounds. Best of luck.0
