Not losing weight

I am using food tracker and stay well within my food limits and exercise 4 to 5 times a week. I am not losing weight

    To enlist the most helpful advice can you share details such as your height, start weight, current weight, how long you’ve been losing for, how long you’ve been stalled for, how long you’ve been following this exercise regime, what ‘exercise’ you’re doing?

    You can also make your diary public for a short time to allow others to take a look and make recommendations; there’s lots of common mistakes that those most experienced will have made themselves and be able to recognise and so nudge you in the right direction to hopefully get back on track.

    One other: check your scales, do they need new batteries? Have you tried weighing yourself holding some gtg in heavy to reset the scales then weigh in again?
